What Is Group Coaching?

Group coaching is a means of leveraging the collective wisdom and capacity of a group of people who may share similar goals and challenges but who do not necessarily work in the same context or organisation.

In a typical group coaching session, I use a variety of techniques to facilitate dialogue in the group around a particular theme and help everyone make progress towards their individual goals.

I ensure that the groups are small enough to maximise the benefits of the group for my clients and to also ensure adequate individual attention.

A key benefit of this type of coaching is that group members can learn from each other and draw on the energy, support, and encouragement of the group to work towards positive life/work change.

Group coaching can also be a more affordable option, particularly for those seeking increased levels of accountability and motivation and to cultivate deep networks.
